Description

The Helsinki Association of Municipalities is a evangelis-luster, an operator formed by the group’s administration and the 21 parish in Helsinki. The Helsinki Association of Municipalities employs a total of around 1200 people and approximately 350000 members. The grouping has several branches in the capital region. The Helsinki Consortium currently has 16 subsidiaries (listed in Annex 5). Subsidiaries of a parish grouping are entitled to accede to the contract to be concluded. The Helsinki Association of Municipalities has decided to tender its current solutions for the management of payments and liquidity. A solution will be sought, inter alia, for a more efficient bank account structure (e.g. the introduction of cash pools) and cash management.
The new payment and other services covered by the solution to be procured are expected to be deployed in May 2018, but no later than the beginning of June 2018.
