Description

Helsingin kaupunki asunnot Oy (Heka) will tender out the inspection services for lifts and lifting doors in accordance with the tender documents. The actual contract is valid for two (2) years from the start date of the contract period. The subscriber has the right to extend the contract with two (2) options at a time for one (1) year from the end of the actual contract period. The content of the contract can be found in more detail in the documents accompanying the invitation to tender. The procurement is divided into five (5) sub-areas. Sub-division 1, South Sub-division 2, East Sub-division 3, Northern Sub-division 4, West Sub-division 5, Special housing The Offeror may choose to offer all parts.
