Description

The municipality of Tyrnäva (hereinafter referred to as “the contracting entity”) hereby requests your tender for the collection and transport of bio and packaging waste to the place designated by the municipality in accordance with this invitation to tender and the works programme. For containers of up to 240 litres, larger containers and deep-collection receptacles (three different prices in total). Receptacles should be leased for large and small containers. The rental option does not affect the benchmark price. The contractor charges the waste management customers with the waste fee. In addition, the contractor must draw up an implementation plan for the tender giving a description of the vehicle fleet to be used and, as a matter of principle, an account of the implementation of the transport operations. Inadequacy of the implementation plan is a reason for the rejection of the tender. The works period is from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2024 for packaging waste and from 1 July 2024 to 31 March 2028 for bio-waste. The work involves two (2) options years, which will be negotiated separately. Variants are not accepted. If the tenderer’s tender contains business information, the tenderer must clearly mark this information in the documentation. Tenderers must include in their tender a list of the equipment to be used for the contract. The works areas are shown in Annex A of the draft Work Programme.
