Description

The Münster Students’ Association intends to modernise the Student Housing Facility Gescherweg 70-84 in Münster in the coming years.
The residential unit of up to 7 floors consists of two multi-storey building bars with 722 living spaces (BRI approx. 60 000 m³/NF approx. 19 500 m²) which is developed over several entrances (A-D component I, 6-7 and E+F component II, 3-4 shot).
The installation was handed over to your destination in 1974.
The existing washed concrete façade was tested for stability in 2006 and will remain in the building. However, energy optimisation of the façade surfaces (ETICS) and new windows (triple glazing) are planned in accordance with the requirements of the current EnEV. If necessary, additional energy measures to comply with KfW 70 standards should be taken into account.
