Description

The CEA-Grenoble nanocharacterisation platform wishes to acquire a cryogenic transfer module. This system must be able to interface with a specific TOF-SIMS (PHI-Ulvac NanonTOF II) and XPS (PHI-Ulvac Versaprobe II) model. The aim is to ensure the safety and non-contamination of samples during cryogenic transfer for air-sensitive materials, from the glove compartment to the analytical equipment.
