Romania-Medgidia: Overhaul and refurbishment work

The works, supply of medical equipment and specific furniture within the framework of the project ‘Rehabilitation of infrastructure, modernisation, development and equipment of the Medgidia ambulatory of the Medgidia Municipal Hospital’ – SMIS code 42526, consists of the fact that:
the rehabilitation activity shall consist of: Repair of buildings and installations: on the outside of the hills; inside the clerks; installations/utility insurance in accordance with the attached technical documentation;
the provision of modern equipment, equipment and equipment for outpatient medical activities (laboratory, radiology – medical imaging, physiotherapy, family planing, TB, diabetes) in accordance with the attached technical documentation. The procurement of equipment will be carried out in compliance with the requirements laid down in the tender specifications, in conjunction with the technical documentation developed under the project.
The estimated value of the purchase is RON 22 181 669,58, excluding VAT, which includes:
the value of RON 9 532 361,06, excluding VAT – the estimated value of the works to be procured under the present procedure is composed of:
1. Environmental protection and restoration facilities – RON 467 021,58 without VAT.
2. Construction and installation – RON 9 040 855,06 without VAT.
3. Organisation of santier – RON 24 484,42 without VAT.
the value of RON 12 260 710,74, excluding VAT – the estimated value of specialised equipment and specific furniture to be purchased under the present procedure is composed of:
1. Specialised equipment – RON 12 166 107,57, without VAT.
2. Specific furniture – RON 94 603,17, without VAT.
the amount of RON 388 597,78, excluding VAT representing ‘miscellaneous and unplanned expenditure’, representing 1.785 % (please note that this amount may be used in the event that expenditure on works which do not present substantial changes to the public procurement contract and in compliance with the legal framework applicable at the time) of the sub-chapters/chapters 1.2, 1.3, 2 and 4 of the general estimate occurs during the contract.
