The objective of the contract is the acquisition of financial audit services to achieve the investment objectives: lot 1 "REGIONAL EMERGENCY SPITAL IASI"; lot 2"REGIONAL EMERGENCY SPITAL CLUJ"; lot 3"REGIONAL EMERGENCY SPITAL CRAIOVA" and is to examine and evaluate the implementation of the project. The financial audit activity will provide a complete, correct and clear picture of the reality, legality, eligibility and compliance of expenditure incurred and/or incurred in the implementation of projects financed under the Health Programme.In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications from economic operators 11 days before the closing date for the submission of tenders. The deadline for replying to the clarifications has been set so that economic operators have an adequate period to analyse the tender documentation and subsequently prepare the tenders in the light of the replies provided by the Contracting Authority.
