Description

Suomenlinnnan Liikenne Oy (hereinafter "SLL") requests tenders for the docking of M/S Ehrensvärd. The object of the acquisition is the docking of M/S Ehrensvärd, owned by SLL. The measures included in the docking are specified in the work specification appended to the invitation to tender (Appendix 2). The following documents are attached to the invitation to tender, according to which docking must be carried out: Annex 1: Draft agreement Annex 2: Work specification with appendices Annex 3: Tender form Annex 4: Comparison of tenders Annex 5: Ehrensvärd docking image Annex 6: General arrangement of MS Ehrensvärd engine room Annex 7: General arrangement of MS Ehrensvärd Annex 8: JYSE 2014 SERVICES, April 2022 update version Appendix 9: General ship repair and docking conditions of the Finnish shipbuilding industry TELAKOINININ TIME PERIOD Docking must be carried out between 23 June 2025 and 14 July 2025. In the section "Criteria for the object of the contract" below, the tenderer must present the docking schedule and the work phases. Tenderers must familiarise themselves with the vessel M/S Ehrensvärd before submitting their tender. The tenderer must contact the CEO of SLL Petri Öhrmark (petri.ohrmark@hel.fi) by email regarding the visit. A study visit is a prerequisite for submitting a tender. In order to ensure equal and non-discriminatory treatment of tenderers, any additional information provided during the visit shall be communicated to all tenderers. The study visit(s) will take place in the week beginning 31 March 2025, so the tenderer must contact Petri Öhrmark by 28 March 2025 at the latest to agree on a date for the visit.
