Description

The purpose of this service is to:
(a) the management of stacks, estimated at approximately 1 200 places, which continue along the roads and in the areas identified and intended by the municipal authorities to stop for payment without vehicle custody, using electronic parcometers for the regulation and collection of tariffs;
(b) provision, installation and maintenance of electronic parcometers serving parking areas;
(c) supply, installation and maintenance of 02 variable message displays to be installed at the entrances to the Pula built-up centre;
(D) supply, installation, routine and extraordinary maintenance of road and vertical markings for the regulation or signalling of parking areas covered by this contract;
(e) provision, installation and maintenance of software for remote monitoring of payment systems and for the management of variable message displays;
(f) organisation of an integrated user relations management system, comprising at least the following activities:
— setting up one or more offices/contact points for the public, responsible for managing procedures related to the concession service,
— integrated and multimedia communication campaign on issues relating to the subject matter of the concession service through the design, production and dissemination of communication products.
(g) the activity of monitoring the service carried out by means of traffic auxiliaries, in accordance with the regulations in force;
(h) additional supplies and/or services of an optional nature to ensure a greater benefit for the users concerned.
