Framework agreement for the letting of approximately 270 passenger cars to persons entitled to work. The legal basis is SGB II, pursuant to § 16(1) SGB II in conjunction with § 44 SGB III, with a base period of 15 Monten and an option for an extension of up to 12 additional months. The job centres of Gifhorn, Wolfsburg, Helmstedt and Goslar are involved in the invitation to tender, each with a share of approximately 37.5 %, 11 %, 14 % and 37.5 %. However, no minimum acceptance is guaranteed.
