Poland-Zegrze: Specialist training services
1. The subject-matter of the contract is a specialised IT training service for military units supplying JW. 4809 Sheet.
2. Location of training – Warsaw.
3. Training deadlines should be proposed from 13.4-30.11.2015, subject to the deadlines set for each training course.
4. In the offer form, under the heading ‘Proposed date of training’, the date of the training proposed by the company must be entered, stating: day, month (e.g.: 10-14.3).
5. On the basis of the proposed training dates, the final dates for each training will be agreed with the Contractor before the contract is signed.
6. The detailed conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the Annex: No 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 2.8 (respectively for lots) to the ToR ‘Price Form’ and No 6 to the ToR ‘Draft contract’.
7. The contracting authority shall allow the submission of partial tenders. The contractor may submit only one tender for each lot (for one or more lots).

9. In the procedure being conducted, the Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of variants, i.e. a tender providing for a method of performance different from that specified in this ToR.
