Description

Zakres prac w ramach Przedmiotu Umowy obejmować może w szczególności (lecz nie wyłącznie): opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej, realizację wszystkich prac projektowych, dostaw, usług, uzyskanie niezbędnych decyzji administracyjnych, uzyskanie decyzji udzielających pozwolenie na budowę, realizację robót budowlano-montażowych i wypłatę wszelkich odszkodowań wynikających z wykonania tych robót oraz opracowanie dokumentacji powykonawczej, jak i również wszelkie prace konieczne dla usunięcia wad i usterek na podstawie udzielanej gwarancji jakości i rękojmi za wady, a także innych czynności oraz zadania i obowiązki, jakie ma zrealizować Wykonawca w celu należytej realizacji Przedmiotu Zamówienia, w tym także takie, które - pomimo że nie zostały wyraźnie wskazane - są konieczne dla ukończenia oraz bezpiecznej i właściwej realizacji Przedmiotu Zamówienia.
