1.The subject of the order is the construction of ul. Wisława Szymborska from ul. Czesław Miłosz to ul. Stanisław Staniszewski together with technical weapons in the area of Stanisław Staniszewski Street in Suwałki. 2.Scope of investment: −construction of roadways with BA and concrete cube, −construction of roads for bicycles and cycle paths on foot, −construction of pavements, −construction of slopes, −construction and reconstruction of intersections with side roads, −planting of greenery, −cutting of conflicting trees and shrubs, −demolition of conflicting fences, road elements (curbs, edges, road surfaces and slopes), −vertical and horizontal marking, −construction of rainwater drainage with sewers and street drains, −demolition and construction of water supply network with connections to plots, −construction of sanitary sewerage with connections to plots, −demolition and construction of cable and overhead power networks, −construction of road lighting, −construction of technological channel. 3.The detailed description of the subject of the contract includes design documentation, measurements and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works. 4.The Ordering Party has a valid permit for the implementation of a road investment issued by the President of the City of Suwałki No 1/2022 of 7 March 2022, ref.: AGP.6740.332.2021.SZ and Decision No 2/2016 of 28 January 2016, ref. AGP.6740.312.2015.EW. 5.The amount of works attached to this FTZ is only a supporting document that the Contractor may use, but is not obliged to do so. 6.The Contracting Authority informs that it is applying for co-financing of the contract from the funds of the Government Road Development Fund and in accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act may cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not granted to it.
