Germany-Cloppenburg: Sewage work
Lot 3 includes piping, refurbishment, connection and surface work, including site installations required, earthworks, water maintenance, concrete and metal construction work, as described below:
— Production of new pipelines and conduits DN 150 to DN 800 as free gradient or pressure pipe piping up to a total length of approximately 740 m;
— Manufacture a double tubing system for substances hazardous to water of approximately 90 m;
— Production of cable ditches of approximately 550 m;
— Manufacture of shafts and joints with existing building fabric;
— Conversion of reservoirs with concrete coating;
— Conversion of the filtration building with the removal of additional concrete walls;
— Paving work: New installation of approx. 1 400 m², reception and restoration of approximately 300 m²;
— Mineral blended traffic areas produce approx. 600 m².
The construction of this lot is scheduled to start in October 2015. The complete extension of the WWWTP must take place in normal operation by the end of 2016, i.e. the machinery and e-techniques must be manufactured, the conversion works on the existing facilities must be completed and the trial operation completed by then. The completion of the services for the connection of the new revitalisation and follow-up is therefore planned by May 2016. The completion of the entire work of Lot 3 is planned for 30.11.2016.
