Description

La mission a la particularité de porter sur un espace où l'urbanisation s'est faite et se poursuit de façon majoritairement informelle, ce qui se traduit par une précarité importante, en matière d'occupation foncière et de logement, et par une insalubrité notable. Le projet d'aménagement doit permettre de réordonner et d'améliorer le village existant et créer les conditions d'accueil d'une population croissante. Il s'agira pour l'équipe MOUS d'identifier les occupants et/ou édificateurs sur les zones à libérer et de de les accompagner, le cas échéant, dans un processus de relogement qui corresponde à leurs besoins et attentes. En outre, le titulaire pourra être amené à animer une permanence sur le site de projet.
