CoE - Provision of online Company Data
The Observatory is seeking to subscribe to an online service providing company data in order to support the implementation of several projects. Throughout the duration of the Framework Contract, the selected Provider will be asked to provide access to an online service containing the information on company data as listed hereafter: I. Data • Companies financials. • Companies ownership. II. Nature of companies Data should be accessible both for listed and private companies. III. Geographic scope The Observatory focuses on companies established in at least one country member of the Council of Europe . IV. Searches Companies should be searchable using at least the following variables: • Name of the company • Internal ID • NACE classification • Country of establishment • Range of revenues V. Access to the data The Observatory would require two users that can connect simultaneously. The European Audiovisual Observatory, a public service organisation based in Strasbourg, France, is an enlarged Partial Agreement of the Council of Europe. Therefore, their General Conditions prevails for this contract. Please be advised that an account must be created on the platform and validated by the Council of Europe.
