Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa fabrycznie nowych elektrycznych autobusów wraz z dostawą i montażem infrastruktury ładowania.
2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określony został w Ogólnych warunkach umowy (punkt 17 SIWZ).
3. Zamawiający wymaga, aby w przedmiotowej dostawie udział towarów pochodzących z państw Członkowskich Unii Europejskiej lub państw, z którymi Wspólnota Europejska zawarła umowy o równym traktowaniu przedsiębiorców wynosił co najmniej 50 %. Zamawiający odrzuci ofertę, która nie spełnia tego wymagania (art. 138c ust. 1 pkt 4 ustawy Pzp).
