Description

The UCC Professional School will establish a campus in Copenhagen, bringing together 8 of its previous places of study and the administration. UCC wants to establish campus in building field 8 on the Carlsberg site. UCC intends to enter into an agreement with Carlsberg Byen P/S for the construction of campus with a view to purchasing and/or renting out the part of the total building block 8 to house campus. This will be an estimated 54 000 m² with administration and training facilities. The construction works for the construction of UCC’s part of the construction works are offered under the Public Procurement Directive by Carlsberg Byen P/S on behalf of UCC or by UCC. At present, it has not been clarified which type of works will be carried out. It has not been definitively clarified whether the UCC itself will be responsible for outfitting work, in which case they will be offered by the UCC. Services to be used by Carlsberg Byen P/S for construction will not be offered. It is expected that the total value of the finished construction of the part of the construction to be used by UCC will be approximately DKK 1 000 000 000.
