Description

The Niestetal municipal plant is planning to replace the new Wichtelbrunnenbade in Niestetal-Sandershausen.
The project is guided by the idea of ‘child learning swimming’ and is co-financed from the Federal Programme for the “Renovation of Municipal Institutions in the Fields of Sport, Youth and Culture” as part of Germany’s future investment programme. In addition to the changing and sanitary areas on the pelvic level, the replacement is divided into three functional areas:
(1) Multipurpose Area: Exercise float and float area, 25 m long basins, 4 tracks, WF 250 m², WT 1.10 m on 1/3 of the pelvis length and 2.0 m on 2/3 of the pelvis length, with staircase and accessible pelvic access (hublift),
(2) Currency area: Course basins with a length of 8 m and width of 8 m, WF 64 m², water depth 1.8 m, with a lifting floor of 1.0 m, variable WT of 0.8-1.0 m,
(3) Family area:with paddling and young children’s ponds, 15 m² WF and WT 0.05-0.40 m.
