1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services: collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of properties on which residents live, located in the Municipality of Łomianki, and collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the Municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, Brukowa 2E Street. The service should be provided in such a way as to ensure that appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods are achieved and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent for landfilling is reduced. 2. The Contractor is obliged to comply with the legal provisions during the contract, in particular: 1) the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, 2) the provisions of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste, 3) the provisions of the Act of 27 April 2001 on environmental protection law, 4) the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners, 5) the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and the Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of separate collection of selected fractions of waste, 6) the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, 7) the current resolution of the City Council in Łomianki on the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Łomianki Commune, 8) other legal acts that were created and are in force during the provision of services. 3. The contract shall cover the following tasks: 1) collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of properties on which residents live, including collection, transport and management of Christmas trees from owners of properties on which residents live, 2) collection, transport and management of municipal waste collected at the Municipal Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (GPSZOK), 3) collection, transport and management of waste from Points of Selective Collection of Expired Medicines, 4) delivery and disposal of bags and containers for waste, 5) delivery of containers and containers for servicing GPSZOK, the Ordering Party allows the use of "prasocontainers", 6) collection, transport and management of waste collected in sets of containers for segregation located on public areas, 7) maintaining cleanliness and order around containers, 8) conducting educational actions for residents in the field of waste segregation.
