Description

This contract covers the following services:
. Lot 1 – Strategic advice on governance
. Lot 2 – Organisation Council changes
. Lot 3 – Audit of financial advice (excluding CAC)
. Lot 4 – Operational/multidisciplinary support for project management
It will operate in 2 steps:
1/Lancement consultation leading to the establishment of the Framework Agreement (CA);
2/Remise systematically competing with holders for each need, in accordance with the arrangements laid down in the consultation documents;
During the lifetime of the contract, and at the end of each 24-month period, an oxygenation of the panel of holders will be carried out via an input/output mechanism. For this purpose, exits will be determined on the basis of the REX supplier over the period. In parallel, the entries (continuous open process in Bravo Solution) will be determined on the basis of an analysis similar to that carried out in the context of this consultation aimed at setting up the CA.
