Description

This is a request for information which is not a contract notice or a call for tenders. The purpose of the information request is to collect information on the subject matter of the procurement for future competitive tendering. Responding to a request for information is not a prerequisite for participating in a competitive tendering process. However, in order to ensure the success of future tendering, it would be important for tenderers to provide the contracting entity with the information requested as widely as possible. The request for information does not oblige Servica Oy to carry out the procurement as described in the request for information or its appendices, and the tendering procedure may also be omitted. Respondents to the information request will not be compensated for responding to the information request or participating in related presentations Servica Oy is preparing the competitive tendering of insulin pens, needles and blood lancets in cooperation with the wellbeing services county of South Savo, the wellbeing services county of North Karelia and the wellbeing services county of North Savo. The aim of the market survey is to increase the contracting entity's market knowledge of diabetes accessories, such as insulin pens, needles and blood lancets, to survey the suppliers on the market and their product range, and to obtain comprehensive information on them, so that the competitive tendering in preparation can be carried out as appropriately as possible. Suppliers are asked to provide information on predefined product groups and to prepare a short presentation. Before the Teams presentation, the Supplier is requested to send samples and product brochures of the products presented. Please send one (1) sample of each product group below to each delivery address. There are four (4) delivery addresses. Suppliers receive delivery addresses when they sign up for a market dialogue. Primarily, please send the "example" products marked below for each product group. If the "example" product/size cannot be found for dispatch, please submit another product/size from the group in question. Sample product brochures are requested electronically to samuli.juntunen@servica.fi. If possible, please send the samples and product brochures so that they are available before the Teams presentation so that they can be consulted. Hierarchy codes according to Sailab Fennica database are indicated in the product groups. The hierarchical codes are intended to facilitate the handling of the market dialogue and the future offer, they do not require membership of Sailab Fennica by the supplier participating in the market dialogue. Suppliers interested in participating in the market dialogue are requested to register by email to the procurement expert responsible for the procurement at samuli.juntunen@servica.fi by 2 October 2024 at 12:00 noon. The message field of the e-mail must contain the indication ‘Market Dialogue: Diabetes Supplies’ and the name of the company. When registering and making an appointment, the suppliers will receive the delivery addresses of the samples. This invitation to market dialogue does not bind Servica Oy or the respondent. Responses from journalists will be treated confidentially. The Tender Service automatically creates deadlines for submitting questions and responding to requests for information.
