1. The subject-matter of the contract is the execution of the Design Documentation for the task Modernisation of existing ventilation systems serving the basement rooms of the Ministry of Finance building together with industry-specific implementation projects, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, bill of quantities, information on safety and health protection ‘BIOZ’ (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Design Document’) for the purpose of project No FENX.01.01-IW-01-0017/24 entitled: "Increasing the energy efficiency of the Ministry of Finance building" implemented under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 programme. 2. The order will be executed in two stages: 2.1 Stage I includes: 2.1.1 preparation of the Project Documentation; 2.2 Phase II: includes: 2.2.1 support of the Ordering Party in terms of: 2.2.1.1 administrative proceedings before the authority at every stage of obtaining a decision from the Mazovian Provincial Conservator of Monuments (MWKZ) authorising the work to be carried out; 2.2.1.2 administrative proceedings before the authority at each stage of obtaining a decision on the building permit for the Office of Architecture and Spatial Planning of the City of Warsaw (BAiPP); 2.3 A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in: 2.3.1 The draft provisions of the Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "PPU", the model for which is attached as Annex I to the SWZ. 2.3.2 Description of the Subject-matter of the Contract (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ") constituting Appendix 1 to the PPU.
