TUM Gar Ph, GesSan. 1.BA Verfügungsbau 1
Neubau eines Institutsgebäudes für das Physik Department der TU München, mit Standard ? und Sonderlaboren, Büro ? und Seminarräumen.
Im Zuge des Neubaus sind die Außenanlagen mit Belags- und Pflanzflächen sowie die Gestaltung des Innenhofes herzustellen. Die Maßnahmen beinhalten alle Landschaftsbauarbeiten für Erdbau, Entwässerung, Wege- und Straßenbau, Ausstattung wie Hochbeete, Treppen, Oberbodenbearbei-tung sowie Ansaat und Pflanzung mit Pflegemaßnahmen (Fertigstellungs-, Entwicklungspflege)
(Terminangaben in der Bekanntmachung beziehen sich auf die Bauleistungen ohne Pflege).
Exemplarische Hauptleistungen (ca.-Angaben): 610m2 Natursteinbelag, 720m2 Drän-Schutzlagen, 1.200m3 Boden lösen/lagern, 2.000to Boden entsorgen, 1.500m2 Asphaltflächen herstellen, 1.000m2 Ansaat, 500 St Sträucher, 500 St Bodendecker, 13 St Bäume
