Description

The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to carry out assistance and financial expertise missions. It will result in the award of a multi-award framework agreement to order forms. The Framework Agreement is divided into two lots: - Lot 1: Audit mission of operators and contracts of the European Metropolis of Lille; - Lot 2: Mission of assistance and financial and fiscal expertise in the context of negotiations between the European Metropolis of Lille and its operators. Each lot will be concluded with a maximum of three holders, subject to a sufficient number of compliant tenders.
