Description

In the area of existing road transport lines 5108, an additional order pursuant to Section 23(1) of the Motor Transport Services Act is carried out on the basis of a service concession. The routes in question operate on the routes between Winkler and Heiligenblut. A compaction is planned from Monday to Friday and a weekend and public holidays. The transport services shall be provided using the interconnection tariff and other interconnection conditions of the Carinthian routes. With regard to economic and financial capacity, the requirements of the Motor Vehicle Lines Act and Regulation (EC) No 1071/2009 apply. The vehicles used must comply with the requirements of § 39 KflG.
