Description

(1) The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of notebook computers 12,5’ – 2 items referred to in Annex 2A to the invitation, hereinafter referred to as ‘equipment’. The equipment offered should be new, come from current production (minimum 2018) and be certified for sale and use in Poland. The Contractor is required to provide a guarantee service for the equipment free of charge.
(2) The scope of the contract shall include: purchase of equipment with delivery, unloading and delivery to a place designated by the Contracting Authority.
(3) A Detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 2A to the invitation.
