Description

The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a concession contract, in the form of an interested board, for the management of the public drinking water service of the CU d'Alençon on the perimeter of 18 municipalities of the Collectivité. The consultation is conducted in accordance with the procedure described in Articles L.1411-1 et seq. of the General Code of Local Authorities (CGCT) and in compliance with the provisions of Articles L.3120-1 et seq. and R. 3121-1 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code (CCP). This consultation is a call for applications. The procedure is organised in a restricted procedure. The constituent documents of the draft concession contract will be sent to the successful candidates at a later date.
