On the basis of the framework agreement and the subsequent contracts to be concluded, remote electronic signature certificate services will be provided to the Timișoara City Hall, in accordance with the requirements set out in the tender documentation. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 24 months and the subsequent contracts will be concluded every 12 months or whenever necessary, depending on the needs of the buyer. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 12th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, provided that the requests will be addressed at least 22 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
