Description

Rental of 1 ceiling Rtg equipment as detailed in the technical table. On the basis of the rental contract to be concluded with the contracting authority, the successful tenderer shall be obliged to rent and supply the product specified in the notice launching the procedure and in the procurement documents. The rental fee includes transport costs, and includes all costs (customs, taxes, fees, fees, fees for necessary official licenses, other), all additional costs, fees, but does not include value added tax. Pursuant to Section 46(3) of Government Decree No 321/2015 of 30 October 2015, the contracting authority draws the attention of the tenderers to the fact that the reference to standards, technical approvals, technical specifications and technical recommendations included in the technical specifications set out in detail in the technical specifications was made in order to clearly define the subject-matter of the public procurement, and ‘equivalent’ offers are accepted. A tender shall not be declared invalid on the sole ground that the products tendered for do not comply with the standards or other specifications set out in the technical specifications if the tenderer proves in its tender, by any appropriate means, that the solutions it proposes are equivalent to those set out in the procurement document. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the CPV code given in BT.262 was given only in order to allow the dispatch of the invitation in the EKR system.
