The subject of the contract is the purchase of containers for the separate collection of municipal waste of the bell type with a capacity of not less than 2.5 m3 in the number of 210 items, including: • 91 pcs. in yellow, • 78 pcs. in blue, • 41 pcs. in green. 2. The containers will be delivered to 65 addresses in the Municipality of Miasto Zgierz on dates agreed with the Ordering Party, except that the final date for delivery of all containers is 21.11.2025. 3. A list of all places where containers must be inserted will be provided to the Contractor on the date of signature of the contract. 4. Locations of containers for individual deliveries will be indicated by the Ordering Party depending on the type of containers delivered. 5. The Contractor shall notify the Ordering Party of the types of containers planned for delivery in subsequent transports at least two days before the planned delivery. 6. The Contractor shall ensure unloading of the delivered containers at the places indicated by the Ordering Party. 7. The Contractor shall be liable for damage or destruction of containers during loading, transport and unloading. 8. The Contractor will provide a five-year warranty for the containers. 9. The contractor will cover each container with a sticker in A2 format (594 mmx420 mm), according to the following patterns: 1) containers in yellow are to be glued with a yellow sticker with a print according to the pattern prepared by the Ordering Party, 2) containers in blue are to be glued with a blue sticker with a print according to the pattern prepared by the Ordering Party, 3) containers in green are to be glued with a green sticker with a print according to the pattern prepared by the Ordering Party. 10. The specimens of the stickers referred to in point 9 will be provided on the date of signature of the contract. 11. Stickers are to be placed on the side of the container, on which there will be slots at a lower height. 12. Requirements to be met by containers: 1) made of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet 1.5-3.0 mm, 2) solid walls, 3) whole in appropriate colors, 4) capacity not less than 2.5 m3, 5) square base, 6) height up to 1.85 m, 7) semi-circular gable roof, 8) adapted for mechanical emptying with the help of a side crane so-called.
