Description

1. The objective of drawing up a plan for the sustainable development of public transport for the Dolnośląskie Voivodship (hereinafter referred to as the Transport Plan) is to define the connectivity of public transport in collective public transport and to identify the main directions for the development of public transport. This objective will be achieved on the basis of a study carried out by the Contractor and an analysis of the transport needs for public public transport by bus and rail by the Voivodship, with a view to 2025, which will be carried out as part of public service services and subsidised by the Dolnośląskie Voivodship. The transport plan should be drawn up in textual and graphic form and should take into account all the necessary elements laid down for the Transport Plan in the Collective Public Transport Act and the Regulation of the Minister for Infrastructure detailing the scope of the plan for the sustainable development of collective public transport, as well as any other elements specified in the contract with the Contractor.
2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the conditions for its performance has been specified by the Contracting Authority in the tender specifications and in the model contract.
