Poland-Gdansk: Construction work
The subject-matter of the contract is the refurbishment of room No 115 and part of the stairway of the Maximum University of Technology at the Gdańsk University of Technology. The main building was created in 1904, designed in Dutch neorenesans style. The ornamental entrance portal is the beginning of the main axis passing through the main hall and ending with the Central Library. The building has two internal courtyards covered by a glass roof around which corridors have been designed.
The scope of the work includes, inter alia:
Design solutions: replacement of the ceiling above the 100 hall, reinforcement of ceilings above the level 000 hall and above the laboratory room, making the openings necessary for running the installation in walls and ceilings.
The building is equipped with the following internal installations: cold water supply, sanitary sewerage, central heating, mechanical ventilation with air cooling, electrical, including emergency lighting and evacuation lighting of structural telephone/computer cables.
