Description

Rælingen municipality, c/o the site development unit (hereafter called the contracting authority), shall contract a tenderer who shall prepare an area development plan for Løvenstad. Tenderers shall be responsible for all reports included in the assignment and participate in participation and meetings up until the first treatment of plan proposals and assessments after a public hearing. The assignment is anchored in the plan programme for the area development plan Løvenstad, set by the planning committee 06.09.2023. The assignment is planned to be carried out in the time period between April 2025 and January 2026. The estimated value of the assignment is NOK 2-3 million excluding VAT.
