Description

The consultation is launched in the form of an open invitation to tender in accordance with Articles R2161-2 to R2161-5 and R2162-1 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code (CCP). The contract takes the form of an alloti framework agreement (5 lots) setting out all the contractual provisions in accordance with Articles R2162-13 and 14 of the Public Procurement Code (framework agreement executed by means of order forms). It is concluded with two economic operators. It is concluded without a minimum and with a maximum amount stipulated in the deed of commitment for each lot. The services are divided into 5 lots, which will be the subject of separate contracts. Candidates may submit a tender for all lots. There is no provision for decomposition into slices. For each lot, two successful tenderers under the framework agreement will be appointed if the number of candidates so permits. If necessary, the Region may award the framework agreement to a single successful tenderer. The terms and conditions for appointing the Holder who will be responsible for carrying out the services and will be the recipient of the order forms, during the implementation of the framework agreement, are defined in the CASC (Articles 6.5.1 and 6.5.2) Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
