Description

Het betreft een brandverzekering op basis van een Uitgebreide Gevaren dekking ten behoeve van de gebouwen, bedrijfsuitrusting/inventaris, etc. van de Voortgezet Onderwijs scholen in de gemeente Amersfoort. Deze scholen worden deels beheerd door Samenfoort VO Huisvestigingscoöperatie Amersfoort U.A., nader genoemd Samenfoort VO, waarbij het beheer zich richt op de economische claimrechten en het investeren in vervangende nieuwbouw. De schoolbesturen zijn juridisch eigenaar en verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud.
Naast een brandverzekering op basis van een Uitgebreide Gevaren dekking zal als alternatief ook een brandverzekering op basis van een Beperkte dekking (brand, inductie, lucht- en ruimtevaartuigen en storm) worden uitgevraagd.
