Description

The LUMC intends to award a contract for the purchase of a high-end LC-MS/MS system for the department of Clinical Pharmacy and Toxicology to the company Waters Chromatography B.V. located at Emmerblok 26, 4751 XE Oud-Gastel, the Netherlands. The contracting authority may apply the negotiated procedure without notice as there is no competition for the following technical reasons and the supply and service in question can only be provided by this specific supplier: 1. Low energy consumption of the mass spectrometer (up to 1460W) and low nitrogen consumption (23 L/min) for durability 2. Due to limited space in the laboratory and on the ion bench, the maximum size of the LCMS system should not exceed 90cm(W) x 100cm(D). 3. The LCMS system must be equipped with a photomultiplier detector that will last the entire life of the mass spectrometer. 4. The MS interface must be suitable for possible in d 1 Mass spectrometer + 10 years maintenance
