Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια ειδών ατομικής προστασίας που θα διατεθούν στους εργαζόμενους με σχέση εργασίας δημοσίου και ιδιωτικού δικαίου σύμφωνα με την ΚΥΑ αρ. 53361/2-10-2006 (ΦΕΚ τΒ΄/1503/11-10-2006),όπως τροποποιήθηκε με τις διατάξεις των ΚΥΑ αρ. ΤΤ 36586/10-7-2007 (ΦΕΚ τΒ΄/1323/30-7-2007), την ΚΥΑ 990/28-5-2008 και την εγκύκλιο 57419/13-11-2008 και την από Π.Κ.159 /12-12-2008 Συλλογική Σύμβαση Εργασίας της ΠΟΕ-ΟΤΑ «για τους όρους αμοιβής και εργασίας του με σχέση Ιδιωτικού Δικαίου προσωπικού των Οργανισμών Τοπικής Αυτοδιοίκησης».
