Reforestation services for areas affected by natural disasters (windfalls) from the state's publicly owned forest fund, within the Domnești State Office, in accordance with the Forest Management Plans, the regeneration class and the provisions of the Forest Code - Law No 331/2024 on the Forest Code. Total estimated value: RON 1 100 734.43 excluding VAT, of which: - Lot I - RON 291,570,30 excluding VAT - Lot II - RON 379,110,77 excluding VAT - Lot III - 430,053,36 excluding VAT according to the tender documentation This contract enters into force on the date of signature and ceases to be valid on 31.12.2026. (The contractor shall ensure that the works are carried out in compliance with the requirements set out in these specifications, in the technical rules and guidelines, in the labour legislation, as well as in compliance with the instructions for the use of equipment and substances).
