Obiectul contractului îl reprezintă achiziția de produse farmaceutice necesare asigurării cu medicamente în cantități suficiente, de calitate, eficiente și în dozaje adecvate cu specificaţiile tehnice elaborate pentru astfel de produse, 290 de loturi Se va incheia un acord-cadru valabil pe o perioada de 12 luni de la semnare in cadrul caruia vor fi atribuite contracte subsecvente. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor = 18. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
