Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of public transport services in the Municipality of Krzeszowice, covering the following towns: Czerna, Dębnik, Dubie, Filipowice, Frywałd, Krzeszowice, Miękinia, Nowa Góra, Nawojowa Góra, Ostrężnica, Paczółtowice, Rudno, Sanka, Siedlec, Tenczynek, Wola Filipowska, Zalas, Żary. 2. Mentioned in para. 1 service is organized entirely by the Municipality of Krzeszowice, which is, within the meaning of the Public Transport Act, the Organizer ensuring the functioning of public transport in the Municipality of Krzeszowice. The Contractor selected in the procedure for the provision of services will become the Public Transport Operator. 3. Public collective transport means passenger transport by road within the stops indicated in the timetables and at the times specified therein. 4. The contract is implemented as part of a subsidy from the Fund for the development of public bus transport. 5. The subject matter of the contract covers the provision of services on 12 communication lines, each of which corresponds to a separate part of the contract and constitutes a separate task. 6.
