Description

1. The subject of the contract is a service for the collection and further management of waste with code 20 02 01 – biodegradable waste in the amount of approx. 3,000 milligrams. The waste management method offered must comply with the applicable law and the R3 recovery process specified in Annex 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587, as amended). 2. The waste comes from the separate collection of municipal waste. The waste covered by the contract does not have the characteristics that make it hazardous. The waste will be prepared for collection in bulk and in bags. 3. The place of waste collection is a transhipment station operating on the premises of BESKID ŻYWIEC Sp. z o.o., 34-300 Żywiec, ul. Kabaty 2. 4. The subject of the contract also includes the service of transporting the above-mentioned waste to the installation, which is available to the Contractor.
