Description

The purpose of this consultation is the supply of multi-patient injectors, sterile consumable medical devices and contrast media for scanners. The consultation includes 1 lot. The technical characteristics of the supplies must meet the requirements defined by the C.C.P. In accordance with Article L.2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code, this contract is not alloti. This decision is justified by the fact that the use of full-cost purchasing requires a global and unitary approach, encompassing all the services covered by the contract. Splitting into separate lots would not achieve the objectives of cost optimization and cost control. The contract is subject to the provisions of Articles R.2124-1 and R.2124-2 and R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code.
