Description

The purpose of this consultation is the supply of multi-patient injectors, sterile consumable medical devices and contrast media for scanners. The consultation includes 1 lot. The technical characteristics of the supplies must meet the requirements defined by the C.C.P. In accordance with Article L.2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code, this contract is not alloti. This decision is justified by the fact that the use of full-cost purchasing requires a global and unitary approach, encompassing all the services covered by the contract. Splitting into separate lots would not achieve the objectives of cost optimization and cost control. The contract is subject to the provisions of Articles R.2124-1 and R.2124-2 and R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. This is a framework agreement with no minimum order forms with a single successful tenderer as defined in Articles R-2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code relating to framework agreements. The maximum is fixed for the overall duration in Annex 1 List of lots with estimated and maximum quantities for the duration of the contract. Estimated annual quantities per member are available in the quantity tables. If it is different from the start date of the contract, the date of entry into the contract of the members of this order group is specified in Annex 5. The contract shall be concluded for a period of 48 months from 01/06/2025 or from the date of notification, whichever is later, and shall end no later than 31/05/2029. The date of entry into the contract for members of this order group is set out in Annex 5. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
