Description

Die Schulsporthalle der Grundschule 14 Am Bieblacher Hang soll vollumfänglich modernisiert werden. Grundsätzlich soll eine architektonisch, wirtschaftlich und ökologisch ausgewogene Planung und Ausführung angestrebt werden. Das Gebäude ist entsprechend den gültigen Gesetzen, Vorschriften, Normen und Richtlinien zu modernisieren. Die Vorschriften für energiebewusstes und barrierefreies Bauen sollen ebenso Beachtung finden. Das Objekt und alle Einbauten sind gemäß den Brandschutzbestimmungen sowie Unfallverhütungs- und Hygienevorschriften herzustellen. Einen weiteren Schwerpunkt bildet die energetische Sanierung. Hier sollen mindestens die aktuellen Vorgaben des Gebäudeenergiegesetzes (GEG) maßgebend sein. Zur Finanzierung der Maßnahme ist der Einsatz von Fördermitteln vorgesehen. Die Leistungserbringung beginnt unmittelbar nach Beendigung des VgV-Verfahrens.
