8787 Accident Investigation Training
Iarnrod Eireann has a requirement for the provision of training for the investigation of incidents and accidents. Both railway operational and occupational incidents and accidents are investigated by Iarnrod Eireann in compliance to its internal safety standards and EU Directives. Regulations and national legislation. The requirement is to train approx. 120 persons with approx. 60 undertaking the full course and approx. 60 undertaking part of the course. The training will be normally delivered in person at the Iarnrod Eireann Training Centre Inchicore Works Dublin 8 or if the need requires occasionally in other training facilities outside of the Dublin area.
