The subject of the contract is the purchase and supply of computer equipment under the project entitled "Educating for the future - ZSŁ in Gliwice - School of Innovation" (2). The project is implemented under the European Funds for Silesia Programme 2021-2027 co-financed by the Just Transition Fund. The contract is divided into 4 lots listed below. In the procedure in question, the contracting authority allows partial tenders to be submitted – the contractor may submit a tender for any part of the contract. Part I: Purchase and delivery of 20 Apple Mac Mini PCs; Part II: Purchase and supply of computer sets for graphics – 20 pieces; Part III: Purchase and delivery of graphic tablets – 20 pieces; Part IV: Purchase and delivery of interactive monitors - 4 pieces; A detailed description of the subject of the contract for the individual lots is included in the Price Form with the content of ANNEX No 8A, 8B, 8C and 8D to the FTZ and in the model contract with the content of ANNEX No 5 to the FTZ. In accordance with Art. 1 point 26(a) of the Act of 11 March 2004 on the tax on goods and services (hereinafter referred to as the VAT Act) - a tax rate of 0% applying to the supply of computer equipment for educational units - while maintaining the conditions referred to in Article 83 sec. 13-15 of the Act. According to the wording of Art. 13 Goods listed in Annex 8 to the Act are subject to a 0% tax rate. Thus, the Contractor to whom the contract will be awarded (i.e. Contractor with whom the contract will be concluded) after fulfilling the conditions set out in Art. 14 point 1) and paragraph. 15 of the Vat Act, applies a 0% tax rate to individual equipment (in accordance with Annex 8 to the above Act). The Contracting Authority informs that in the scope of the present proceedings - the 0% VAT rate will apply to the supply of computer equipment specified in Parts I, II and IV of the contract, i.e. Part I: Purchase and delivery of 20 Apple Mac Mini PCs; Part II: Purchase and supply of computer sets for graphics – 20 pieces; Part IV: Purchase and delivery of interactive monitors - 4 pieces The delivered computer equipment which is the subject of the present proceedings should meet the minimum requirements described in the Ordinance of the Minister of Education of 19 February 2025 amending the Ordinance on the basic conditions necessary for the implementation by schools and teachers of didactic, educational and care tasks and curricula. Required warranty period: With regard to Pt. I - min 12 months - max 36 months, in the range of part I - min 12 months - max 36 months, in the range of part I - max 36 months. II and III - min 24 months - max 48 months, in the scope of part II. IV min. 60 months - max. 120 months, Required warranty period: the warranty period is equal to the warranty period.
