Description

The subject of the contract is ‘Performance of inspections and assessments of the technical condition of hydrotechnical structures in the area of the Management Board of the Legnica Watershed.’ Divided into 3 lots. Part 1: The subject of the contract is the performance of annual inspections and five-year inspections together with the assessment of the technical and safety status of flood barriers in the area of operation of the Management Board of the Legnica Watershed in accordance with Art. 1 point 1 and Art. 62 para. 1 point 2 of the Construction Law Act. The protocols must be signed by persons who can perform independent technical functions in the construction industry (having appropriate building qualifications). The subject of the contract consists of: A. Execution of annual inspections of the technical and safety status of flood barriers in the area of operation of the Management Board of the Legnica Watershed in accordance with Art. 1 point 1 of the Construction Law Act. The list of flood embankments includes Annex 1 to the Description of the subject of the contract (120 objects with a total length of 164,798 km). A separate study must be carried out for each building (flood shaft). B. Execution of 5-year and annual inspections together with the assessment of the technical and safety status of flood barriers in the area of operation of the Management Board of the Legnica Basin (with the performance of geotechnical checks) in accordance with Art. 1 point 1 and Art. 1 point 2 of the Construction Law Act. The list of flood embankments includes Annex 2 to the description of the subject of the contract (22 objects with a total length of 63,535 km). For each construction work (flood shaft) a separate study should be made Part 2: The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the performance of an annual inspection of the technical condition and safety of the Bolków, Kaczorów, Świerzawa, Komorów and Witoszówka I reservoirs in the area of operation of the Management Board of the Legnica Basin in accordance with Art. 1 point 1 of the Construction Law Act of 7 July 1994 (Journal of Laws 2025, item 418) and in accordance with Art. 4 of the Water Law Act of 20 July 2017 (Journal of Laws of 2017, No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1478 consolidated text as amended) tests and measurements enabling the assessment of the technical condition and safety condition of buildings, and in particular: groundwater levels, their filtration through the structure, through the ground and in the surroundings of the structure; − the strength of the structure and the substrate; − the condition of the venting devices; − changes in the upper and lower position of the structure Part 3: The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the inspection of the technical condition of the buildings erecting the Management Board of the Legnica Basin in accordance with Art. 1 point 1 and Art. 1 point 2 of the Construction Law Act and in accordance with Article 189 sec. 4 of the Water Law Act of 20 July 2017 (Journal of Laws of 2017, No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1478 consolidated text as amended) tests and measurements enabling the assessment of the technical condition and safety condition of buildings, and in particular: groundwater levels, their filtration through the structure, through the ground and in the surroundings of the structure; − the strength of the structure and the substrate; − the condition of the venting devices; changes in the upper and lower positions of the building. For 44 stacking structures, an annual inspection of the technical condition should be performed and for 8 stacking structures, a five-year inspection and an annual inspection of the technical condition should be performed.
