Description

Produsele agroalimentare ce se doresc a fi achiziționate prin prezenta procedură sunt necesare hrănirii în regim propriu a efectivelor participante la activități specifice de instruire în perioada 2026 - 2027. Achiziția are la bază necesități estimate și comunicate de autoritățile contractante asociate/beneficiare, pentru asigurarea hrănirii conform normelor specifice interne MApN. Pentru sa se încadra în prevederile normelor de hrană specifice MApN, caietul de sarcini și anexele acestuia includ specificații tehnice definite în mod clar. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub ). Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 12-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
