This is a framework contract for the acquisition of 4 vans at auction, 3 vans in 2025/2026, 4 vans in 2026, 1 van in 2027 and optional 5 vans until 2029. The duration of the framework contract is 5 years. The vehicle must have the following characteristics: * 100% electric motorization. * Inner loading length from minimum 3'000 mm to 1 m height from the floor. * Autonomy of at least 150 km according to the WLTP cycle * Driving with a B permit. * Provide a solution to option B.1 and/or B.2 mentioned in Annex C.1 of the specifications. * Adapted to the climate and the region of Vernier as well as the place where it will be stored. * The technical specifications marked "eliminatory" in Annex C to the specifications are all accepted.
