Description

1. W ramach przedmiotu zamówienia Wykonawca:
1.1. odnowi świadczenie Wsparcia Technicznego Producenta (maintenance) dla posiadanych przez Zamawiającego Licencji Oprogramowania Systemu, z zachowaniem ciągłości dla poprzedniego okresu świadczenia Wsparcia Technicznego Producenta;
1.2. będzie świadczył Usług Serwisowych;
1.3. będzie świadczył Usługi relokacji Serwera i usługi wymiany Serwera, stanowiących własność Producenta.
2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz warunki i zasady realizacji zamówienia określone są w Projektowanych Postanowieniach Umowy stanowiących Załącznik Nr 5 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (dalej: SWZ).
